During the week of July 16th, 2018 the WAMC Summer Enrichment Program Group 2 worked on some great projects. In our Social Studies classes that week the students worked on a project that was about naming some ways to make positive changes to the world. The children wrote their answers on construction paper and made a chain. Then they all made beautiful paintings of the Earth and hung them up. This integrated Art and Social Studies lesson gave the children a chance to think about their community, the larger world, and how we all have an impact on it.
