WAMC Students Make Cheese & Learn About Nutrition.

To celebrate the last days of summer and the final days of this year’s WAMC Summer Enrichment Program the children made cheese on Thursday August 16, 2018. Mary Berrigan made a fresh vegetable dip with vegetables from the WAMC student garden. The children enjoyed learning about nutrition, food science and healthy choices. Everyone loved the homemade cheese and it was a great way to celebrate a successful program year.
