On April 14, 2018 students from the “Dulce Esperanza” program assisted the Executive Director,  Kathy Brieger, in menu planning for the summer.  The children were able to identify their favorite foods. The group is eager to learn more about foods and nutrition. Nutrition and health education are included in the program. Hands on experiences are featured so that children can learn how to prepare healthy foods.
